Do you want to work with finance in a modern IT company where you will play an important role in daily financial operations? We are now looking for a meticulous and driven Finance Assistant for a full-time position who wants to be part of our team in Västerås.

About the role

As a Finance Assistant with us, you will work with ongoing financial tasks and support various aspects of accounting work. You will work closely with the finance manager and contribute to ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Account reconciliations
• Invoicing and payments
• Reminder management
• Support during monthly closings
• Financial administration

Qualifications

• Education in finance/accounting (at least upper secondary vocational or post-secondary education)
• Experience working as a finance assistant or in a similar role is required
• Experience with Fortnox is a plus
• Comfortable with reconciliations
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT
• Structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form
